She was very knowledgeable, and kept up to date with the current laws, and informed me that the standard form I received from the company requesting my notarized signature was not valid according to the updated CA state law. I'm so glad she knew what she was doing, otherwise my urgent business would've been delayed. She provided me with an updated/corrected form. She was also very accommodating. Very fast and efficient service! I called about an hour before closing time to see if someone would be available and was told "yes". I turned up not quite 30 minutes later and Denise was on the phone giving me a call because she had to leave a little early and wanted to make sure I wouldn't waste my time showing up if she wasn't going to be there. Since we didn't have an "official" appointment, I really appreciated that consideration!
