AVOID David Klein at all costs. He against me instead of for me. Signed off on 26 conditions of purported “Consent Order” that he hadn’t disclosed to me, nor he had seen it himself, failed to provide court applications and responses that opposing party filed and served upon him, filed documents on my behalf behind my back on, led prejudicial to me evidence, missed a ton of deadlines and lied on Court record to name a few. Beyond negligent and unethical conduct that would cause more pain and suffering to you and your family.
Philip and David worked seamlessly together, truly listened to what mattered to me, and kept pushing until we achieved the best possible outcome. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, compassion, care, and effectiveness.
