I have been dealing with this Law Firm for about 10 months now. Not once have they helped me in any matter that I requested their legal help. I am not sure if they just dont care or they just dont have a clue about law. Either way dont advertise as a knowledgeable law firm that cares about their clients when fail them and every turn.
I have been paying about $300/ yearly for their membership since 2017 or so. They do not represent you in court, they just guide you through. They offer about 180 hours or so for representation time each year. So, I have about 380 hours or so now but they never tell you how you can use that time. When you call them and ask then the customer service team will put you on hold, and or keep transferring from one person to another, and another, and another...and after a while they disconnect the call.
