I was very disapointed with the lack of communication they provide. A simple tenant landlord dispute remains unsolved after 5 months with no resolution in sight.
They are just non-responsive and left me and my son with no care as they have a “conflict” their promises to refer out are not followed through and trying to reach even a CSR takes hours. Very dissatisfied. Other providers do take care of emergency cases in urgent manner. Not DSK!!! And they do not consult on non urgent issues either. Rude and unprofessional lawyers
