Highly recommend the infrared sauna! It felt much more therapeutic than a steam sauna and very cathartic. All therapists here are highly knowledgeable and effective so I can imagine getting a massage beforehand would feel incredible!
Had a positive experience at Drysdale Remedial Therapies. I was experiencing some issues that Sarah resolved in 1 appointment. I would highly recommend a visit to the clinic for any issues you may have.
