Great customer service. Excellent work on my 250 Yamaha SHO Outboard.
I called there looking for parts, the lady on the phone was obviously frustrated and short tempered. She kept explaining the need for an engine serial number in order to look up my parts. I agreed and know that this is very common knowledge and that I know they need these numbers to look up the correct parts. After explaining to her multiple times that I could not find the serial numbers and I needed help locating them she continued to just repeat herself getting more and more frustrated untill she hung up on me.
