If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I have never had such an awful experience with a so called “doctor”. I had one appointment with Dr. Hancock and scheduled a follow up for the next month. I then proceeded to drive 2.5 hours to said follow up only to be met with a sign on the door saying they were closed due to “staffing issues”. I received no prior call about this. Dr. Hancock's technician (Tova) gave me 2nd and 3rd degree burns, on my face and chest, from a gemini treatment. I had to seek professional medical treatment for my 3rd degree facial burn, that would not heal on its own, from another clinic. Needless to say, I am left with some fairly deep scarring on my face and nerve damage.
The reviews you should read for this doctor are posted under 'rate MDs'. How you bring those up -- put 'Dr Julian Hancock- Reviews' in Google and you will bring up those reviews. I urge you to read them, and pay attention to them, because they very accurately depict my experience with him. Beware this doctor!
