I have been a patient of this practice for years. Dr. Bailey was awesome and took time with his patients. Dr. Johnson has taken over the practice after Dr. Bailey's retirement and she is the perfect fit for the practice! She is knowledgeable, personable, and has great rapport with her patients. Highly recommended.
I have been using this practice for 7+ years now. I have always like Dr. Bailey's dr/patient interaction. At our last visit we were seen by Dr. Lauren Johnson. She had an excellent personality and was extremely patient with my 9 y/o. The office staff are also very courteous. When ordering glasses or contacts they always arrive in a timely manner. The office is small but clean and well laid-out. There is a decent selection of frames. I would absolutely recommend this practice if you are looking for an optometrist!
This optical place has to be the best one I have ever been too. We were in and out in no time. The people there were so nice and make you feel so comfortable I will definitely be taking my whole family back here from now on. The lady complaining about the power being out, things happen. How were they supposed to call you back if they can't access their files, and you Igot calls saying to come because it was two days prior to the appointment. Walked in just to check out some frames. I was treated as if I had a appointment. I forgot the gentleman name but he provided excellent customer service. I love this place, sorry to see Dr. Bailey leave (retire ) but he left me/us in good hands welcome Dr. Lauren Johnson .
