Haven't received the product I purchased yet but can say I paid twice the cost of product for 2- day air delivery on Wednesday but because of a company meeting the shipping process got delayed and was just told I should receive my item now on Tuesday!! Customer service gave me this information but nothing else.. I'm not looking for anything else other than an apology or understanding of this issue as the item I spent the extra money on to get it quicker was for my elderly dog who needs additional assistance in getting around... read more
