Very rude, and smart mouthed. Also I only booked one appointment and said the ubers were taking a long time to find a ride. The original day I wanted to come she said I could then called back saying she was leaving 3 hours earlier than close time. GET REAL. Hung up the phone when I said I would reschedule. After she gave me a speech about acupuncture takes time and if I don't have a ride this wouldn't work. My car is in the shop first of all and uber has been working just fine until this Sunday that passed.
Rude customer service! Despite receiving several reminders (and confirming), they canceled my appointment hours before. When I called they were rude and unapologetic and told me to get my money back. They wanted the Groupon redemption code in advance and since I didn’t respond due to work, they got an attitude.
Got my first ever Fire cupping service done and it was absolutely amazing! The music they have playing throughout the day is so soothing, my back feels wonderful! If I could give 10 stars I would! 100% coming back for more!
Wonderful experience. Very relaxing. Dr. Pan and his wife are great.
