According to the lady who answered the phone, "this is a tight knit community where everybody helps each other"... So I said Great! I have a disabled customer who needs assistance right around the corner from you! After a brief description of her issue (the lady is in a wheelchair and has a dead battery in her vehicle), she then said "that sounds like her problem" and hung up the phone on me. SHAME ON YOU.
