I have been coming here for years and I can definitely tell U that I Highly recommended this place. The friendliness stuff around and huge shout out to Hayden as he has been helping me grow stronger and fitter as well as giving me great fitness and recovery advice.
Hayden made me do this because I Shazammed a song. He’s so mean (totally) nah I’m joking he’s nice and he starts it easy off with a riddle to get me into the appointment. Physio does make me sore though but I know it’s good for me
Hayden the exercise physiologist is incredible trainer. Has taught myself and my mum lots. Has such a personal approach on the programs he provides in the exercise rehab classes. I would not be where I am today with out Hayden.
