Amy is a compassionate & caring physio. She showed me what exercises I should be doing & gave me lots of useful advice about how to manage my back problem.
I have been doing pilates at Anchorage Drive with Bella for the last year and it's so great ! Doing it twice a week has made me so much stronger and I love going. Bella is sooo good at pilates and I love it !
Lachlan is very knowledgeable and a great physio. I appreciate how he explained the elements of my injury in detail and also how they would relate to movements in my sport. He has quickly helped solve my quad pain which has led me to feeling more confident on the court and in the gym.
