I have tried the foot detox and my husband has done a raindrop message as well. Carly is a wealth of information and great resource as she is a registured Nurse as well.
I kept hearing about the foot bath detox and decided to try it. I knew it had the potential to help in general and learned from Carly today that there are some specific benefits for diabetics as well. I had no idea that much "stuff" could wind up in that tub after the foot bath. Glad its out of my system!!
