They broke the leg on my sofa. I called them several times regarding this, but they do not answer their phone or return a phone call to me. Also, I called them for a move from Florida to Illinois. They did not answer their phone. Do not use these people.

Drop a Truck is excellent. They were prompt, careful with our boxes. We have used their services several times, and more to come. The company is service oriented 100%. Highly recommended, all the guys are professional and courteous. They are the best!!!
