I made a purchase from this company and tried to make a return, I filed for a return on the website and got a response from Mark stating I could return the item with a restocking fee. The the refund policy on the website states that if the product was opened I may be subject to a restocking fee. I accepted the restock fee and asked to move forward with the return, I was denied and sent a different link with a different return policy.
