I purchased a drone online a few weeks ago at a cost <4k. I get a call from DroneFly today saying the price increased to <7k due to tariffs. So I had a few weeks where I could have been shopping around for this drone and they held on to my money. Good luck selling the drone for 7k. Placed and order for Search and Rescue items and they have not shipped anything in 2 days. No reply to emails. Calls not answered. Will not use again.
Disappointed with this company. My rescue dog was missing for 6 weeks with multiple sightings so I ordered a drone to see if I could find his location. I ended up catching my dog one week after the drone got delivered which I never turned on and never activated. Trying to get this company to issue me a return was a nightmare when their website says “easy returns”. I bought a DJI battery on Dec 3rd. They processed my payment and sent a confirmation along with the order number. After about 3 weeks I emailed them asking for the status with no reply. I have since emailed them 5 times, left messages on their "contact us" page on the web site and even sent them a private Facebook message asking for an update. ALL WITH NO RESPONSE.
