Great place for authentic world music and dance events – Drom is a fantastic venue for authentic world music and dance events. I have seen the NY Gypsy all Stars here, as well and jazz and Cuban music. It's always authentic and they have the best bands perform there. They just renovated it too and the sound system is new and amazing. It's also in a very happening neighborhood in the east village with lots of other great places around it. I will be going again soon for their upcoming Belly Dance series.
