Lawyer Ted lied to us, stated if we made arrangements and paid prior to court, we would not have to appear move forward with court. Prior to court, we called, text, over 8x, with no response. We spoke right before court, and he acted as if we now had to appear before the judge. Appeared before judge told them we had the money and made arrangements for our next payment by due date. Here it is 3months later and i am just finding out, that the courts moved forward with noticed due to failure to update the courts. I keep trying ... read more

This guy tried to sue me for non-payment at an apartment building I stayed at when I clearly paid them whatever I owed them and I had the documentation to prove it. He then never returned my phone calls or emails until I had to re-send them 6 times! I wonder if he'll pay ME for MY time?? Do yourself a favor, and use another attorney!

Dude dont know how to do his job i recommend nobody to get a public defended. They just work for the same system that is trying to get you on charges. Its the left and right hand. The judge is the left hand and the public attorny is the right hand of the same body.
