Atrocious does not go far enough to describe how unprofessional and nasty this company is. The managers are boldface liars. The staff, albeit polite, have no clue what their contract terms are. I suggest consumers run if they hear MUSA or Driverz.
Worst car company iv ever dealt with!!!!! I make my pay off quote keeps going up and up and up these people are a scam I got screwed with this car
Horrible horrible Horrible. Paid off the vehicle and overpaid to cover the cost of the payoff. They then absorbed the overpayments and still said I owed a payoff. They cant explain how and have been getting the runaround ever since. They won't send over statements or anything. Might have to litigate to get the vehicle I already paid off. Buyers beware. This company appears to be predatory.
I would give this company zero stars. Called them to discuss options where all parties would benefit and they read a script to me... talked with multiple people after the call dropped twice due to their incompetence and the final boss who sounded 13 years old read a script to me again... Do not work with Driverz!! They have the worst service you could imagine. They should be investigated by the FED in regard to other practices, I would guarantee their business is not following codes and standards of the banking industry eith... read more
