Be careful with this car rental company! The actual cost will be much higher than what you see the price when you reserve online. When you reserve online you can see unlimited free KM, but actually they have a 200km limit per day, which most other car rental companies do not have. Online booking seems like a trap and they post lower price and good benefit to attract booking. Be away from this company unless you don't care about your pocket!
Great service, vehicle and price. Needed to make a change on the reservation and was helped right away without any issues.
Extremely bad/frustrating experience. Signed up for a sedan and they bait-and-switched at the counter and gave me a construction truck. I work at the hospital - why would I ever need a Ford F-350 with construction lights? Extremely dirty truck which was reportedly "detailed after someone left it dirty" (see pics for this obvious lie). It got even worse as there was no one available at the counter before the departing flight at around 1130 am on a weekday. Absolutely will never be booking with these guys again.
Staff is always helpful and are great to work with. Especially, when we need last minute rentals. They are extremely knowledgeable with the rentals and with the extras that can be provided for all work conditions in the mountains.
