Great serviceand very informative.
Wir haben hier für 17 Tagen einen Nissan Rouge gemietet. Auto hatte 22.000 Kilometer und lief zuverlässig. Auto hatte schon ein paar Steinschläge und Schrammen aber im Yukon gehört das so. 5093 km ohne Probleme durch Yukon und Alaska. Sehr zufrieden.

I was buried in the snow and the company had no protocol. They made me call the vehicle brand number, which had a 2-hour wait. Then they proposed to me to hire a tow truck, but in each contact, making it clear that it was my responsibility and I had to pay for it. They didn't even tell me how much the tow truck would cost. In the end I ended up solving it on my own and looking for a tow truck on my own, because the one they found, had no tow truck available that day.
