I had an outstanding encounter with DriveWhip in Glen Burnie swapping out my Corolla for a Tesla Model 3. Fortunately they honored all my request even got me a Black 2023. Makiyah went well above and beyond taking the time to log my vehicle into Uber and Lyft which can be a time consuming task. She treated me like I was the only customer there. I’ve been with Drive Whip for 2 years and I’m very satisfied
I just returned my rental after almost 3 months. They have fantastic new cars that fit drivers pretty well (almost all Toyota’s), and the rental process is very easy. WAY better than Lyft Express and the horrible experience drivers go through when renting from Lyft/Hertz program. Highly recommended!
