I am writing to express serious concerns about this company’s rental practices. They advertise and claim that their vehicles can be used for Lyft, which is not accurate. Lyft does not allow the use of personal rentals in this manner. The company reportedly places everything under your name in a way that makes it appear to Lyft as though the vehicle belongs to you, when in fact it does not. Oh it’s good until you actually need a human from the location to actually do the most basic job in fleet management. Customer Service is 0/10 as they use external contractors to relay issues from another location. 7 months not 1 missed payment. One minor accident in a 2024 only to be given a dump as a replacement meaning they are misleading customers to think paying WEEKLY for insurance would at least guarantee equal quality.
