Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. I got the rental in December. By February, the control arms were bad. I brought the vehicle in and was told that the struts needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later, the same problem occured. I bring the vehicle back and they "fix" the issue again. THE PROBLEM CAME BACK THE SAME DAY! At this point I'm thinking that maybe I'm just losing my mind. A week later and the car is unstable over 50 mph, around turns and creaks when turning. Update 4/2/2026 I was contacted for a proper swap. I appreciate the manager and team for handling so quickly!! ......... 11 days with Drive Whip 3/28/2026 Vehicle started overheating Saturday and completely shut off on the way to Glen Burnie location Monday, requiring a tow- 9am - 3/30/2026. Arrived to location around 10 a.m. and was there until after 3:30 p.m. although I was told it would take about 2 hours. Replacement vehicle provided is a downgrade from the original vehicle I had.
