This place is a scam. You pay insurance but they still charge you for tires and some other maintenance issues. They put the wrong dates on papers but your held accountable for there mistakes and you have to pay when they make you miss deadlines. Look into it for yourself. It's a rip off they do what they want and expect you to just pay. When your getting your car fixed they would give you a car to drive while you wait. Customer service sucks. They never answered the phone. They just want to text, and you don't know the name of the person you're texting
Came back to DriveWhip after close to a year. Simply for the piece of mind of knowing that they handle all repairs, maintenance, and everything else that can go wrong. Was not happy with forst car they give you but they do have an upgrade available after 30 days. If i wish they changed one this is pricing for the older cars. But i had an issue, took some time and all of my issues where answered. Dont plan on leaving them for a very long time. Marvin. I would love to soeak with you regarding my concerns. Have Tesla Model 3 picked up on Nov 15. Immediately reached out and said the range of the car is EXTREMELY bad, and on top of it fast charging is non-existent. A tesla supercharger typically gets over 100 KwH and this car is only capable of getting 55 KwH. Did not even mention the damage on the lower portion of the car.
