Really friendly and super respectful
Requested service via call and was told to text my address- I told her over the phone and was told it would be around 15-20 mins as they are located on Burnt Mountain. Texted the address as asked and even gave detailed instructions. No text back. I called maybe 45 mins after being told it would only be 20 mins and she advised they were running behind but they were on their way.
