Very disappointing experience overall at the Lawrence Ave / Metro East DriveTest location. My first experience here was during my foreign licence exchange process, which was unnecessarily stressful. Despite providing certified documentation, I encountered rude and unhelpful customer service and had to go back and forth several times without resolution.
