Arrived about 1.5 hours before the 7:00 PM closing time after traveling a long distance, but was refused service and told no more tickets were being issued. If services stop early, that should be clearly communicated. Turning people away before closing is frustrating and a waste of time. Very disappointing service.
Visited Metro View DriveTest in Toronto for G1 test. Crowded with a 30-45 minute wait, but staff managed well. G1 test systems were adequate and user-friendly. Washroom was not clean. Decent experience, recommend despite wait and washroom issues.
