Paul is a very nice man but if you are taking a test do not take it with Adam(hes the bald one). He's been known to fail people for little things including myself. If you want to pass take Paul.
I've lived in Ohio for several years now. Because of my disabilities, I am not an easy customer. Together, the teams at this BMV and I managed to get myself all set with a New to Ohio Drivers Registration and License. For those who are critical of this particular venue - all I can say is - for the volume of customers I personally saw them serve, I was impressed. I say Thank you. Ps. Not every employee is created equal anywhere. Or Employer for that matter. Let's just be patient with each other. LPB
