The people working here are clueless. I have been to this place 5 times for the same issue and every time it’s something knew. Kentucky sucks in general and the dmvs make it so much harder to get anything done. It’s like trying to get a 10 year old to help you.
We walked in and were helped right away, no line. The woman who helped us was friendly and made conversation after our transaction. Parking was easy. This may seem normal enough out here but if you're from another, more populated state like we are, this was such a beautiful experience!
