Horrible experience with this company and the staff. A group of us rented a van to drive to Minnesota. They delayed our trip by an hour and a half giving us a van that did not have AC. We unloaded and loaded into another van, being told the AC worked in this unit. After being delayed and now arrival time to our destination was approx 10pm we took the second van and left. Dealt with the company last week. Customer service was terrible. The manager was extremely rude and incompetent. She was delusional and uneducated. She lied to our faces when renting a van; forcing us to take an older one with no air conditioning. She then denied that the a/c didn’t work, even tho we had to drive 20 plus hours with the windows down and sweating the entire way. Vehicle was garbage. Staff was garbage. Done waste your time with them. I highly suggest going somewhere else to save yourself an overpriced headache.

If you want to save yourself a headache I’d stay away from renting anything from this company. Rented a van from them for a 11.5 hour trip and got one with no AC. Told them the AC didn’t work so they gave us another van which also had zero AC, then we were told that the vans needed to be driven awhile before the AC would work….. Had to drive the van for 23 hours with all of the windows down in +30 deg weather with 8 people in the van.
