This place has really gone downhill and the owner likes to talk bad about her customers. This photo was shared to me from her social media. Very unprofessional to be posting about frustrations of business publicly. It used to be an okay company when they worked with Turo but now they are just terrible to work with and so out of the way.
Poor service and overall terrible company to work with. All their cars are treated so poorly and Taylor and McKaylah are very unprofessional.
Very shady people and very unprofessional. Everything they do seems so sketchy and untrustworthy. DO NOT go here!!!!!!
Awful experience. The company was completely unprofessional and never communicated with me the entire time I had the car. No updates, no responses, nothing. It felt like they just handed me the keys and disappeared. Easily the worst rental company I’ve dealt with.
McKaylah and Taylor are very unprofessional. They don’t communicate at all and leave you high and dry when you have questions. The car I was driving had a check engine light come on and when I called them to report it they said it was MY fault and I was responsible for their repairs.
