Bad customer service. Tried to waste time to charge more. Owner of driver direct lied about conversation and tried to step out of his lane and his business. Would not use them ever again
I’m the main shipping and receiving guy at my company and every driver direct guy has been on point with everything they do. Huge shoutout though to Andre he’s the man. Super professional, fast and hard working. Did amazing work nothing put the highest praise for him. 10/10 would work with him again!!
