As a first time mom, I visited Meredith early in my second trimester to feel comfortable training through pregnancy and preparing for birth. Meredith was so warm and knowledgeable - helping to clear some anxieties and give exercises to improve mobility/core strength (targeting my specifics gaps). I’m really looking forward to coming back closer to birth and feel a lot more confident staying strong and active during pregnancy!
Lindsey is the 3rd PT in I’ve seen for my back pain in 7 years, and she is the only one who has been able to help me improve it. She takes my physically challenging job and fitness goals into account to make a plan for treatment, and aims to fix the root of the problem instead of just alleviating symptoms. Onward is a clean and welcoming environment, and the espresso is great!

Lindsey was the 4th PT I saw to treat my TMJ dysfunction after adult braces and the only one that I felt a significant improvement with every single visit! Her knowledge and confidence about a path forward was a welcome view after many months of frustration with many medical providers.
