I've been suffering from shoulder pain for decades. My shoulder pain was impacting my mobility and ability to do exercises with heavy weight. It was recommended by my coach to see Lindsey. I feel young again! An absolutely excellent experience. Lindsey did a thorough and thoughtful assessment, provided meticulous feedback and sent me home with exercises that helped me strengthen my problematic spots. Couldn’t have paddled a 90 mile canoe race without her and the PT she provided. Wish I could give more than 5/5 stars :)
Lindsey is worth her weight in gold!
