I cannot speak highly enough of Meredith and her comprehensive approach to pelvic floor therapy. If I could, I would definitely give her six stars. I had pelvic floor issues for 12 years before I started working with Meredith, and I never knew that this therapy existed. I visited the chiropractor because of persistent pain in my right shoulder that was making it impossible to even lift my 18-month-old. Meeting Lindsey was a total game-changer. She accurately assessed the issue and provided me with specific movements to do at home to help the healing process. Although I had a follow-up scheduled for a month later, I didn’t even need to go—I felt so much better that my shoulder doesn't bother me at all anymore!
