I began working with Lindsey after some issues popped up with my return to weight lifting after my third baby. The care and attention that I have received from Lindsey has exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate the thoughtful at home exercises that are easy to incorporate into daily life. My strength improvement since focusing on what was holding me back is staggering. I’ve since brought my teenager in to work on her on the aches and pains that came with her being a multi-sport athlete. Highly recommend!

Lindsey is a miracle worker! After just 1 sessions I immediately felt relief from my chronic back pain, and she had me back to squatting without any pain at all.
