I made booking through a third party and the car was for DriveNZ. Since I have not received any confirmation, contacted the Drive NZ on the day before the booking start. After several calls they confirmed the booking. On the day of my booking I was present in the address to pick up the car but unfortunately they didn't have the booked car for me to pick up. Also, they were not available (non of their phone numbers were answering). I even found out that they knew the car was not available and they didn't they didn't tell me. ... read more
