Kate is extremely knowledgeable, listens and hears you as a patient experiencing pain, and creates an in-depth plan with solutions and exercises that truly make a difference. It was a privilege to work with her and I highly recommend her and her practice. I have only glowing compliments for Kate and her work.
Kate is amazing. She helped me work through some pain and helped me return to running with tools and techniques I will use for years to come. my initial pain is gone and I have become a more efficient runner. Kate is personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Driven to without hesitation.
I worked with Elizabeth Johnson. I came to her with nerve pain in my back. She explained what was happening, she helped me to understand what I could and couldn't do to deal with it, she worked with me to show me how to do what could be done. I listened carefully and did what she said. Now my back doesn't hurt. What more needs to be said?
