Brandon, Perry and the crew at Driven are incredible people and excellent mechanics. My 78 year old moms Mini Cooper hasn't been driven in at least 5 years. She loves this car, has Alzheimer's, but wants to ride in her baby. The crew at Driven Import Auto Care took in her car, repaired what was needed to get the car back to a safe driving vehicle in a matter of days. From previous experiences, this would've took weeks at another facility, but Driven isn't another facility. After the car was towed to Driven, the crew thoroughly inspected it, found the problems and informed me. They ordered the parts and in less than a week had repaired the car. They are bar none, the import specialists on the Southside of Atlanta. My mom was thrilled to be back in her car and I'm happy I found Driven, they're my new auto repair facility. Great jib guys!

Driven goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. They do excellent work. They are reasonably priced and don’t have your vehicle for weeks on in.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to Sean at Driven Import Auto Care!!! Today (the day before Thanksgiving) I realized my check engine light came on. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment as it was after 6PM & it’s pouring raining!! I pulled in and Sean was more than willing to help me!! He checked on why my check engine light was on and I even asked him if he would mind checking the oil level for me. All in the pouring rain and after business hours!! Kudos to this establishment and the people you have here, especially Sean for making sure my family and I were safe during the holidays!! I didn’t even know this shop was here, and thanks to the exceptional customer service I received today I will be returning for future car needs!

I highly recommend Drive Import Auto Care to anyone who is looking to have a regular, honest, trustworthy, and responsive auto mechanic to call your own. From my initial conversation with Perry, to my direct interaction with one of the mechanics, to the overall service, value of service that I had done on my vehicle, to their lightning fast FB messenger chat conversation, to their email correspondence, online service maintenance record keeping, and to their overall way of providing superior customer service. Drop my car off 3/2/2020 and picked it up the next Afternoon. They let me k ow what I needed to have done. Just a few small leaks and gave me a price / list .I deliver parts to them when they order from the Ford dealership. I will be taking it back. 2011 E350

I usually take my BMW to the dealer, but lately had the "women drivers are stupid feeling" from the dealer service dept. I found this company just by luck and google. I called they got me right in . Perry was extremely patient and made me feel comfortable right away handling my own vehicle maintenance. They got me in and out with no issues. Explained to me what to expect before hand. Super professional and clean lobby. Coming from a female, I would highly recommend taking your car here for service. I will be referring this business to all my friends .
