Mal was a treat to deal with, friendly and courteous. Called me the day before pick up to confirm details and was even willing to do a few pit stops to help those of us who were bladder-challenged. Big recommend.
Mal went above and beyond to help us when we required transport to our home from the airport at 5am. Not only is he very personable and kind, he called me when I was in Singapore to confirm the pick up details, he collected my laptop from lost property at the airport, he met us on time and he is just an all round decent human being with reasonable rates. Thank you Mal!
