Stay Away! Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Charles Francis less than a year ago and bought the extended power train warranty. Less than 19,000km later and the engine is completely blown and needs to be replaced. Warranty won’t cover it and now I’m left with four years of payments and a car that is scrap. Only 152,000km total and mechanic is saying car never should have passed safety. Beyond horrific experience.
Horrible experience sold vehicle to me with putting a deposit down and 3 days later I contacted to find out when the car would be ready and they told me that the vehicle was sold to someone else after completing all the paperwork and everything definitely don’t recommend this business!!!

Finance options were limited, so could not have gone a Ford dealer. Major issue with the vehicle. Rear differential carrier internal failure and driveshaft due to this. Leaking oil pan Repairs costs over $8000 in parts and labor.
