One has to be accurate in what he/she states when releasing their negative; therefore, I need to mention this experience dates a few years back (maybe things have changed since), but I can't say my experience then was a 'positive' one: the guy did replace joints (definintely made it rotate easier) and charged me for a substabtial amount, but completely forgot to mention that it (may) need balancing.
