One has to be accurate in what he/she states when releasing their negative; therefore, I need to mention this experience dates a few years back (maybe things have changed since), but I can't say my experience then was a 'positive' one: the guy did replace joints (definintely made it rotate easier) and charged me for a substabtial amount, but completely forgot to mention that it (may) need balancing. Solid old-fashioned honest service. The gentleman let me watch as he removed, balanced and re-installed my F150 driveshaft. It was like taking a repair class. The dealership can't balance driveshafts, so wanted to replace it for $1800. Drive Shaft Specialist diagnosed and solved the issue for $285.
Phenomenal man at his job. Knowledge, reasonable and personable. So glad to have been introduced.
