Dishonest and poor communication. Not sure they even understood or read my messages to them. Gave me a car with other people's stuff and trash in it, then left me a poor rating when I returned it in the same condition. Moreover, the car had sway bar issues. They then incentivised my 5 star review by offering the same for me in return and a coupon. This was 10 hrs after the car was returned. Please ignore that 1 star review. I've been using Drive Force for over a year for premium auto storage. I have had zero issues. The staff are pros and kept my car clean and running while I was overseas working.
