Pro’s: - the car itself is beautiful and had no issues while driving -the process of getting the car was super easy and simple -the customer service was very nice and quick to respond Con’s: - the car was delivered 3 hours later than agreed upon - the car wasn’t cleaned up on the inside when I got it. There was a lighter and a beach towel left in the car. And the inside reeked of cigarettes. - this really ticked me off because it’s rental car etiquette but they dropped the car off with no gas. Brendon the chauffeur was AMAZING Couldn’t have asked for a better chauffeur!!! And his parents Salman was extremely Professional, Polite and responded on time to every text. VERY FLEXIBLE COMPANY HAS NO ISSUE ADAPTING. MADE ME AND MY GIRL PROM. Would definitely re-book with them!!!!
