I work at CU and booked them to drive a guest speaker into Denver- they never showed up. I couldn't find the receipt, so I figured it must have been my mistake somehow. However, I also booked them for another speaker we have coming next week (I have the receipt for this one) and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at Drive Ahead to confirm the ride. They won't return my calls, my emails, my Facebook messages- nothing for almost 2 weeks now. And now their website isn't even working. I'm still waiting to see if they ch... read more

When I book a trip, and need a car service, or a lengthy UBER ride, I don’t think much about who I use. Price and availability usually govern the decision because I do not expect much from the experience, after all, it’s just a ride. However, after using Drive Ahead, I realized that an available car at an affordable rate should not be your only criteria. I have used Drive Ahead to get from Boulder to Denver. The service was professional and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable in the vehicle as the driver answered the cleaning questions that I asked on my first ride with them. They arrived before my scheduled time at my address and I felt like I was being taken care of at a 5 star hotel, all in a Tesla!!
