I have used this wonderful service for 8 it 9 years, maybe? For several back when you had to redo it every year? Never a problem. Since the pandemic it's been via phone and super easy. Now I get it in no time at all it seems. If I remember last time it was next day. And he didn't NEED to do that. He just did it bc he's a really nice guy. Also, there was a stupid mix up on my part that ended up costing him, and it makes me feel kinda guilty. He's just so wonderful. Really. Trust him.
Bridgette (who set up my appointment) was SO helpful in explaining to me the exact qualifications I would have to meet to receive mmj certification, as far as conditions and necessary paperwork/records. Daniel, who processes payment, was super nice and helpful as well. Dr. Mitchell was kind and respectful, and very helpful and made me feel heard. Walk ins so it took a little while to be seen. But we were. The guy was very helpful and informative. The doctor finally diagnosed my s/o after years of not knowing what he had wrong with his knee. This was way more proficient then him having surgery to be given harmful opiates. Vibrant environment. Doctor seems a little stressed and over the place but besides that it was quick and easy. They recommended us to a wonderful chiropractor who is excellent at what he does. Will come back.
This review is mainly about Daniel‼️ I went in really early hoping to get seen sooner but it didn’t happen lol which was completely on me. I ended up having my appointment when my appointment was actually scheduled⏱. Daniel was very efficient extremely helpful was not rude whatsoever if i had any questions he made sure to answer that in a very polite manner.
