Ashley is the worst person in that office. She is very rude. Has zero compassion. Likes to think she knows everything and refuses to let you speak to the actual attorney and then hangs up. Bryan was a pleasure to speak with, but due to a misunderstanding on dates my wages are now being garnished (for a single mom of 3 its hard enough to survive in this economy) and when I called to try and communicate the error as well as make a payment, I got told there is nothing they can do about it, which is not true. Very unprofessional office. They can not answer an email or give me someone a call back in a timely manner. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for documents. His excuse was, he has bigger cases he is dealing at moment. My response, then you shouldn't have taken this case on if you cant adhere to it. Still no response.

I called them 8 times in the span of two days just to get put on hold for an hour each time now their gonna garnish my checks cause they wouldn’t talk to me at all
