Girls that answer the phone are extremely mean and very very inconsiderate. They are rude and degrading. They will hang up on you. I called to ask a simple question and whoever the girls were hung up on me THREE TIMES. TWO TIMES WITH ASHLEY ONE WITH ANOTHER. I get that you can’t give legal advice blah blah blah but I had a legit serious question that could have easily been answered and handled professionally. How sad.
Very unprofessional office. They can not answer an email or give me someone a call back in a timely manner. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for documents.
