Buyer beware. My wife was visiting the Pittsford location for recovery however unable to continue her visits due to travels. They honored her balance and were willing to transfer them to me. My wife also bought me a gift card last summer in the amt of $70. Just today my wife and I were advised that a balance was never available. There aren’t words!!! Cryotherapy is AMAZING, my son who’s a collegiate football player started this therapy a while ago and has experienced outstanding recovery and healing from it, he practically goes daily, it’s great that driphouse offers a monthly unlimited cryo membership. I really enjoyed my time here at Driphouse. The girls were amazing and so helpful. The facility is nice and clean. It was totally a cool and relaxing experience!
Amazing facility and service. They are extremely nice. The cryo with the leg press is a great combo. I would recommend this to anyone considering!!
