Will never do business with them again after holding up my commission check just to make $30 dollars.
Have used them for two real estate closings, Will preparation and to set up a family trust. Awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and efficient. During my first closing, we were set to close on a Wednesday morning. I ended up being admitted to the hospital on Sunday night. Told me it was $270 to transfer a deed. Charged me $760 without consulting me first. All the invoice said was “preparation and coordination of deed signing”
