My wife pre-booked a ride after our flight in from Toronto. Confirmed via text. They had our fight info. Confirmed again on the phone. Was a NO SHOW when we arrived. Got them in the phone and they said they would be there in 40 minutes. Fat chance. Got a cab into Halifax instead. Would be 0 stars if that were an option because that how much service they provided.
