A nice, comfortable, and relaxing spa. Very kind and professional staff. The 1 hour massage I received was great and just what I needed. Thank you. I will be back!
I recently visited this spa with high expectations after booking a manicure, pedicure, and massage. When making my reservation, I specifically mentioned that I wanted to spend a few hours enjoying the spa’s amenities, including the steam room, hot tub, and pool. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. Instead of a relaxing day, I felt rushed through my treatments and was not given the opportunity to enjoy any of the other facilities. My husband and I had a great experience here. We each had a facial and we each had a 90 minute massage. Elavia and Deaubra along with Makenna took great care of us. The best was the treatment from the front desk gal. I can't remember her name, but she was very attentive and caring- she had long black hair and was beautiful. We had a bad check in experience at Margaritaville and they were made aware of that at the spa. They did everything to make up for that poor experience which was much appreciated. AMAZING!!! The most friendly and helpful staff. DeAubra was absolutely amazing PLEASE try and book her. Recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing spa date while in the Ozarks.
