Had such an incredible massage with Mel, I left feeling on top of the world. A lovely space and a lovely person!
I booked my partner a massage as they have a slipped disc and a huge amount of muscle stiffness in their shoulders where they keep there stress. I give them massages most nights and nothing was helping despite taking a short corse massage techniques. We booked with mel because of her brilliant reviews and affordable price. Beautiful new year sound bath, left feeling cleansed/clear and re set Mel has such a lovely aura and I always enjoy her soundbaths and pilates class, would really recommend.
Mel is a great teacher, I've really been enjoying her Pilates classes. And her sound baths have greatly improved my emotional and mental wellbeing. Would definitely recommend.
