Went to dr fix today and was served by the lovely ben. Was in for a dog tag for my dog and ben sorted me out with a cool tag for my pooch. Highly recommend and will be. Very fast service which is ideal.
Great service from the Dunfermline shop; mobile phone battery ordered and fitted in a quick next day service. Phone now working properly again.
I visited the booth in Dunfermline Kingsgate Shopping Centre today around 10:30. I spoke with Ben and asked if he could do some extensive engraving on a silver plated music box, and I would hope to run over to the post office before 11:30am to have it posted 24hr tracked for a christening gift tomorrow. The outcome was perfect. Thank you so much as I know it will be there tomorrow because I met the post with a little running on my part. Thank you again Ben!
