Top rate. Never used one of these shopping mall stalls before. Needed a watch band adjusted. Straight forward and reasonable pricing. Prompt and friendly service. Also if needed will adjust further for free. Recommended
Went to dr fix today and was served by the lovely ben. Was in for a dog tag for my dog and ben sorted me out with a cool tag for my pooch. Highly recommend and will be. Very fast service which is ideal.

I visited the booth in Dunfermline Kingsgate Shopping Centre today around 10:30. I spoke with Ben and asked if he could do some extensive engraving on a silver plated music box, and I would hope to run over to the post office before 11:30am to have it posted 24hr tracked for a christening gift tomorrow. The outcome was perfect. Thank you so much as I know it will be there tomorrow because I met the post with a little running on my part. Thank you again Ben!
