My Drew's 10DropV boots have over five years on the original sole. Great boot
My husband ordered a pair of boots in August of 2021 and just now received them in April of 2022. Then the boots that finally showed up don’t match the description of what he ordered. Instead of wasting more time sending them back to be fixed he is just going to go to a local leather shop. Very disappointed in this company.
Drews is probably the best quality and performance of any boot out there. I wear a 318 and I’ve got a custom pair on order. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. And I will say this” They go way above and beyond for their customers, as long as they’re in business I will continue to support this company!!!Thanks Brandon, Kyle and the rest of the crew!
Ordered a pair of handmade buckaroo boots in August 2020. Finally received the boots in July 2021. After providing measurements for the proper fit, couldn't get them on, as the upper opening was 15" in diameter, 2.5" smaller than the measurement I provided.When I got the 2nd pair, same issue.When I got the 3rd pair, the manufacturer failed to install the correct heel cap. Ordered a pair of "custom fitted" drover boots about 2 years ago. Made contact, ordered the fitting kit and did all the measuring and whatnot and sent it all in. Waited for a good while and didn't get anything so I called to get the status and was told by Cheryl I think that they had a pair that fit my specs exactly and they would be shipping them to me. Ordering boots online is always a gamble. I called looking for a different brand boot but Bryson took the time to help me find one in stock that matched what I was looking for initially. I ordered Drew’s in house made Buckaroo Boot in a chocolate with blue tops. Placed the order on Monday and by Thursday got delivered my first hand made boot. Out of the box they fit like gloves. The quality and care placed into these boots is amazing! Thanks for the help in this post-deployment gift to myself!
