So helpful and empathetic!
Disappointing. After the appointment was moved twice, we met with a very nice guy who we thought would help us draw up a simple will. A month and a half later and three phone calls we got a generic "We cannot help you with this service". And no explanation and suggested we go to Omaha (?). Frustrating.
