My mother passed 18 months ago. It took 7 months of calling to get answers to my mother’s estate as an heir. Finally after 7 months I’ve received the funds. I was also to receive my father’s wedding ring. Instead they sent a ring id given my mother decades ago. I’ve called every week for a month and not one return phone call. At this point I will need to file a complaint in order to obtain what’s legally mine since the law firm will not return the call.

Disappointing. After the appointment was moved twice, we met with a very nice guy who we thought would help us draw up a simple will. A month and a half later and three phone calls we got a generic "We cannot help you with this service". And no explanation and suggested we go to Omaha (?). Frustrating.
