I emailed documents to support my case, which I have a very black and white open-shut case on my hands, and during the consultation the attorney said he’d get back to me in 10 days and he’d most likely take my case. Fast forward 2 months and I’m having to email and call them just for a follow up. The first time I called the receptionist said they had an emergency trial which delayed the process.
