David Micheli and Pure Rate did an amazing job, so much that I need to ask say that the processor/underwriter Lydia was wonderful. Their follow up, speed to get to clear to close and attention to detail were phenomenal. I’d definitely recommend them and certainly will use them again myself.

I had the pleasure to work with David Micheli who had a tough job of making a closing quick being that I decided to change lender so close to closing date.The previous lender tried to sneak in hidden charges I was never made aware of . After talking to David he listen to all my concerns and decreased APR, kept my loan selection of conventional fixed, and got rid of hidden points that were being added to my closing costs.
